Service fees are charged for private consulting, review, preparation, and support work performed by Expert Visa.

Once work has started, fees may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the work completed at the time of the refund request.

Government fees are separate from Expert Visa's private service fees and are subject to government rules. Expert Visa cannot refund any fee paid to a government entity.

Expert Visa does not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions are made by U.S. government officials. A visa denial is not, by itself, grounds for a service-fee refund.
